Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join StaffRight’s growing recruitment team. You will work remotely from the Philippines, supporting US‑based hiring needs and helping connect top talent with global opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, OnlineJobs.PH, JobStreet, Facebook, job boards and proactive outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assessments.
• Provide timely updates to candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate records and hiring activity in our ATS.
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding handoffs.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing or agency environment.
• Comfortable using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter and external job boards.
• Available to work US time zones on a graveyard shift from the Philippines.
• Ready to start within two weeks of an offer.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS tools.
• LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Time‑tracking software such as Time Doctor.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Google Workspace.
• Own laptop/desktop, noise‑cancelling headphones, webcam and reliable internet (≥50 Mbps) with backup equipment.
