About the role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer to lead our national recruitment efforts from a remote setting. You will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines and supporting hiring managers while enjoying a day‑shift schedule with weekends off.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment across the Philippines.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment support.
Required profile
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Availability for day‑shift work and weekends off.
