About the role
Twoconnect is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Officer to lead high‑volume recruitment efforts from the comfort of your home. This full‑time, day‑shift position focuses on end‑to‑end hiring, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high‑volume roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.
- Coordinate compliance documentation and onboarding administration for new hires.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and improve hiring processes.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage candidates remotely.
- Detail‑oriented with a solid understanding of recruitment best practices.
- Experience handling high‑volume hiring cycles.
