Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Officer will lead and execute recruitment strategies for CURE’s hospitals and programs in Davao City. This full‑time, entry‑level position manages the end‑to‑end hiring process while supporting broader HR functions such as onboarding and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and hiring.
• Partner with department heads and hiring managers to define staffing needs and workforce plans.
• Utilise social media, job boards, career fairs and employee referrals to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with local labour laws, data‑privacy regulations and company policies.
• Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions and specifications.
• Lead employer‑branding initiatives to position CURE as an employer of choice.
• Prepare monthly recruitment metrics reports for the HR & Admin Director.
• Oversee onboarding programs to facilitate smooth integration of new hires.

Required profile

• Entry‑level or junior professional with a passion for talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Philippine labour regulations and recruitment best practices.
