Talent Acquisition Executive – Sourcing & Branding Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who will lead our sourcing and employer‑branding initiatives. The role combines recruitment marketing, candidate sourcing, pre‑screening and assessment support to help Omega Healthcare attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute employer‑branding and recruitment‑marketing campaigns.
• Source candidates across multiple channels and build talent pipelines.
• Conduct initial pre‑screening interviews and coordinate assessment processes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and generate sourcing reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, sourcing or recruitment marketing.
• Familiarity with the healthcare BPO environment is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work onsite in Pasig City.
• Ready to start immediately and eager to learn and grow.
