Talent Acquisition Executive – Recruitment Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to lead volume hiring initiatives and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from the initial interview through to the job offer. You will ensure compliance with internal requirements, maintain accurate records, and support the timely completion of hiring classes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive high‑volume recruitment, processing candidates through all interview stages to final offer.
• Maintain and update trackers and databases to ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Coordinate class formation, monitor compliance requirements, and follow up on NEO (New Employee Onboarding) processes.
• Interface directly with candidates at each recruitment stage, providing a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to achieve 100% class completion and on‑time delivery.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring streams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal teams.
• Detail‑oriented mindset to ensure compliance and accurate data management.
