Talent Acquisition Director

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Director to lead and scale recruitment operations for a fast‑growing outsourcing company in Manila. The role focuses on high‑volume BPO hiring across customer service, technical support and specialist functions, with full ownership of strategy, workforce planning and delivery against hiring targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team in Manila.
• Build scalable recruitment strategies for high‑volume hiring and deliver against ramp‑up requirements.
• Oversee sourcing, recruitment marketing, referrals and talent pipeline strategies.
• Monitor and improve time‑to‑fill, quality of hire and candidate conversion.
• Partner closely with Operations, HR and senior leadership on workforce planning.
• Use recruitment data and market intelligence to support hiring decisions.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong Talent Acquisition leadership experience in the Philippines.
• Proven experience managing high‑volume recruitment and leading recruiters or sourcing teams.
• Deep understanding of the Manila talent market and ability to support rapid growth.
• Commercial, hands‑on and delivery‑focused approach with strong stakeholder management.
