Systems Support Specialist

About the role

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Systems Support Specialist to provide first‑level IT infrastructure support for a designated site. The role ensures that the site complies with global, regional and local IT policies while maintaining optimal performance of the Warehouse Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑level support for all IT infrastructure components at the assigned site.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to IT procedures and policies set by corporate offices.
• Provide timely solutions for issues arising from the Warehouse Management System.
• Collaborate with the IT Manager and Site Operations Manager to maintain service levels.

Required profile

• Graduate (4‑year) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Application Development or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations or Warehouse Management Systems is an advantage.
