Systems Administrator (L3) – Night Shift

About the role

First Focus is seeking an experienced L3 Support/Systems Administrator to join its Manila team, providing night‑shift support for US‑based clients. You will work across diverse Microsoft, cloud and networking environments, handling complex tickets and mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve Level 2‑3 support tickets and technical escalations for multiple managed clients.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware/Hyper‑V, Azure, Microsoft 365 and Intune environments.
• Troubleshoot networking issues, including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, switching and wireless, and support Meraki and WatchGuard firewalls.
• Use ConnectWise RMM, IT Glue and Auvik to proactively monitor client infrastructures.
• Document processes, improve standards and mentor Tier 1 technicians.

Required profile

• 5+ years of systems administration experience, preferably in an MSP.
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Willingness to work any shift between 7 AM‑7 PM CST (9 PM‑9 AM PH time).
