System Administrator – Quezon City

About the role

We are looking for a proactive System Administrator to design, organize, and maintain our office computer systems in Quezon City. The role involves ensuring network and VOIP services run smoothly, supporting Linux laptops, and driving internal IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support office network infrastructure and hardware.
• Coordinate with ISP and VOIP vendors to guarantee internet and voice service availability.
• Set up, maintain, and support Linux laptops for office users.
• Troubleshoot IT equipment and respond to user inquiries.
• Manage the procurement process for IT hardware and software.
• Lead internal IT projects and promote security best practices.
• Onboard new employees with appropriate security and system access.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Fluency in spoken Tagalog and English.
• Experience in network administration and Linux installation, administration, and maintenance.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, quick‑learning attitude.
