System Administrator – PeopleSoft Server Migration & Multi‑Tenant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft System Administrator to lead server migration projects and manage multi‑tenant database environments. The role ensures high availability and optimal performance across Production, UAT, System Test, and Development instances while supporting both PeopleSoft and non‑PeopleSoft platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Administer databases, application, web, and batch servers for PeopleSoft and other applications.
• Maintain multiple environments (Production, UAT, System Test, Development) and oversee architecture planning.
• Install, configure, and upgrade software, monitor performance, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Design secure integrations between PeopleSoft and external systems using REST/SOAP.
• Manage patches, fixes, and upgrades following ITIL processes.
• Support IT and business teams with code migrations, script executions, and online configuration tasks.
• Handle escalations, define KPIs, and produce operational documentation.
• Develop automation tools (scripts, bots, spreadsheets) and participate in disaster recovery planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on PeopleSoft system administration experience.
• Proven track record with server migration and multi‑tenant database administration.
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture (WebLogic, Tuxedo, PIA) and lifecycle management.
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or other RDBMS supporting multi‑tenancy.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux and Windows server environments.
