System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure system reliability, security, and optimal performance while supporting day‑to‑day operations that keep the business running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
• Monitor system performance and guarantee high availability and reliability.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patch management.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and access policies.
• Oversee backup and recovery processes to protect data integrity.
• Support infrastructure components such as storage and networking systems.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to meet business and technical requirements.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in system administration or infrastructure support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server environments.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Familiarity with system monitoring and performance tools.
• Knowledge of security best practices and system hardening.
• Experience with backup and disaster‑recovery solutions.
