System Administrator – IT Infrastructure & Support

About the role

The System Administrator will ensure the reliability and performance of our IT infrastructure across the main site, hub rooms, UPS room, and disaster‑recovery (DR) site. You will be responsible for daily monitoring, backup and recovery operations, and compliance with business continuity plans.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and perform periodic checks on servers, network equipment, UPS, and DR site infrastructure.
• Execute backup, offline backup, and DR drill activities in line with the BCP plan.
• Act as Checker in Daily Infrastructure Checking processes.
• Coordinate with telecommunication providers to resolve line and data issues.
• Manage hardware deployment, troubleshooting, and scheduled maintenance for servers, desktops, printers, and networking devices.
• Install, configure, and patch operating systems and application software.
• Document IT operations standards, SOPs, and produce monthly error and infrastructure reports.
• Handle vendor selection, procurement, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing server and network infrastructure in a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with backup, recovery, and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Ability to work with telecommunication teams and resolve connectivity issues.
• Strong documentation skills and adherence to IT compliance standards.
