Supply Planning Specialist – Paranaque

About the role

The Supply Planning Specialist is responsible for ensuring product availability at the lowest possible cost for the assigned product group or customer. The role involves creating short‑ and long‑term replenishment plans and collaborating with suppliers to meet delivery schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain stock availability while minimizing costs.
• Develop and recommend short‑ and long‑term replenishment plans.
• Simulate forecast changes and present high/low scenarios based on historical trends.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers, monitoring quantity, timeliness, and performance.
• Establish safety stock and target inventory levels.
• Review, recommend, and execute delivery plans per supplier and warehouse.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any business discipline, preferably Industrial Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in inventory management and supply planning.
• Willingness to work in Paranaque under a hybrid work setup.
