Supply Planner – Optimize Inventory & Product Availability

About the role

Keep the world of outdoor adventure moving as a Supply Planner, ensuring the right products are available at the right time across a growing portfolio of brands. You will collaborate closely with demand planning, purchasing, production, sales, marketing and product teams to optimise inventory and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage supply plans in collaboration with the demand planning team.
• Monitor stock levels, lead times and replenishment schedules to minimise stockouts and excess inventory.
• Coordinate inventory transfers across distribution locations and work with purchasing and production to mitigate supply risks.
• Analyse inventory, production and sales data to optimise stock levels and improve service levels.
• Prepare weekly and monthly supply chain reports highlighting inventory turns, service levels, lead times and risks.
• Support SKU lifecycle management, including new product introductions and end‑of‑life run‑downs.
• Participate in S&OP meetings and provide supply insights to cross‑functional teams.
• Use NetSuite and Netstock to improve planning workflows and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in supply planning, inventory management or demand planning.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management and demand forecasting.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with NetSuite ERP system.
• Experience using Netstock inventory planning tool.
