Supply Officer – CME Plant

About the role

The Supply Officer for the CME Plant in Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte will manage strategic procurement and logistics of feedstocks, chemicals, and biomass. The role ensures continuous plant operation at the lowest possible cost while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Secure quality feedstocks, biomass, and chemicals at competitive rates to keep the CME plant running.
• Negotiate rates, terms, and service level agreements with suppliers and obtain necessary approvals.
• Act as the primary liaison between suppliers and plant operations.
• Close purchase order balances and align payment requests with actual deliveries.
• Develop and maintain a supply plan in collaboration with Operations.
• Identify buyers for by‑products, targeting prices that meet or exceed targets.
• Prepare accurate payment requests and coordinate with Accounting and Finance for timely processing.

Required profile

• Open to fresh graduates; prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Supply‑chain certification or related training is advantageous.
• Willingness to be assigned to the CME Plant in Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte.
