Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

The Supply Chain Specialist will support the Senior Supply Chain Manager by handling data, performing analysis, and generating reports that drive operational efficiency. This role focuses on improving processes, reducing costs, and ensuring high customer satisfaction within a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in developing and implementing supply chain strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Design and execute process‑improvement projects to enhance efficiency, lower costs, and boost overall performance.
• Address and resolve supply chain issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, including purchasing, planning, warehouse, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical ability to manage data across planning, production, warehousing, and logistics functions.
• Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work 100% onsite in Alabang.
