Supply Chain Senior Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level supply chain professional to lead a diverse team that supports global supply chain functions including buying, planning, SIOP, demand planning, procurement, business analytics and operations. Based in Mandaluyong City, the role serves as a strategic partner to global stakeholders, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement through data‑driven decisions and emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily supply‑chain operations, monitor SLAs, team performance, workload distribution and operational risks.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, customer experience and cost optimisation.
• Develop staffing plans and workforce strategies to sustain business growth and continuity.
• Coach, mentor and develop supply‑chain professionals and emerging leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Act as the primary Manila point of contact for global business units and supply‑chain organisations, handling escalations and strengthening customer partnerships.
• Translate business strategies into actionable operational goals and lead strategic projects.
• Leverage analytics, automation, digital and AI‑enabled tools to enhance decision‑making, reporting and productivity.
