Supply Chain Operator

About the role

The Supply Chain Operator will support HONOR’s daily inventory and logistics operations at our Pasig facility. Working on‑site, you will ensure stock levels are accurate, shipments are tracked and any delivery issues are resolved promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and update inventory records, track product movements and trigger replenishment as needed.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule shipments, track deliveries and address any issues.
• Assist in order processing, operational planning and documentation to keep supply chain flow efficient.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams, suppliers and customers to resolve inquiries and maintain accurate reports.
• Support continuous improvement of workflow and process efficiency within the supply chain function.

Required profile

• Experience in supply chain, logistics or operations, preferably in consumer electronics or retail.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Basic knowledge of logistics processes, shipment coordination and inventory control.
