Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead inbound and outbound operations, logistics, and planning across raw materials, packaging, finished goods, spare parts and scrap. The role ensures efficient material flow, inventory control and on‑time delivery while maintaining a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day inbound and outbound operations for raw and packaging materials, finished goods, spare parts and scrap.
• Manage logistics and planning activities within the approved budget.
• Ensure proper storage, handling and FIFO implementation for all materials.
• Maintain truck availability for timely loading and dispatch, and evaluate delivery truck performance.
• Process goods receipts, update SAP, and guarantee compliance with management system requirements.
• Control material ordering to avoid stock ageing and prevent run‑outs, supporting production plans to meet BCFG requirements.
• Review and evaluate personnel performance against individual KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive supply chain or logistics experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role within manufacturing, preferably packaging or FMCG.
• Proven track record in end‑to‑end supply chain management, demand and production planning, inventory control, warehousing and customer service.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and driving supply chain transformation initiatives.
