Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager will lead the end‑to‑end supply chain functions, ensuring operations run efficiently and cost‑effectively. This role focuses on optimizing processes, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and delivering high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all supply chain activities, from procurement to distribution.
• Analyze current processes and implement improvements to reduce costs and enhance service levels.
• Coordinate logistics, manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, and handle crisis situations.
• Develop and apply demand‑forecasting strategies to keep inventory at optimal levels.
• Implement and maintain ERP systems for accurate tracking and reporting of supply chain performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.
• Approximately 35 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics.
• Strong negotiation abilities and strategic thinking.
• Proven capability to manage crises and execute crisis‑management plans.
