Supply Chain Manager – Drive Efficiency & Cost Reduction

About the role

Globe is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Manager to oversee end‑to‑end supply planning, sourcing, procurement, inventory, quality assurance, distribution and storage. The role focuses on ensuring a seamless flow of resources while improving efficiency, reducing costs and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies, manage supplier relationships and optimise processes.
• Consolidate SKU demand, create delivery forecasts and define safety‑stock levels.
• Forecast warehouse and staging‑area capacity based on delivery schedules.
• Design and enforce quality‑control procedures per SKU.
• Establish risk‑management processes, identify risks, assess likelihood and impact, and define mitigation plans.
• Define sourcing and procurement policies, including bidding, logistics and supplier‑relationship management.
• Analyse supply‑chain data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Introduce best practices, evaluate suppliers on quality, cost, delivery time and reliability.
• Negotiate terms, review contracts and ensure compliance with agreed policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain management, including planning, sourcing and inventory control.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier‑performance management skills.
• Capability to develop risk‑mitigation strategies and enforce compliance.
