Supply Chain Lead – Procurement & Operations

About the role

Moog is seeking a Supply Chain Lead to drive procurement and supply chain execution, ensuring uninterrupted material flow and operational excellence. Based in Baguio City, you will act as a strategic liaison across multiple functions to optimize supplier performance and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Buyers and supply chain professionals.
• Ensure integrity of supply chain operating systems, planning parameters, and master data.
• Audit and optimize procurement settings, lead times, safety stock, and replenishment strategies.
• Align supply‑demand plans with program managers and planners to maintain material availability.
• Manage escalations for capacity constraints, shortages, and supply interruptions.
• Develop, analyze, and communicate key supply chain KPIs and operational metrics.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in procurement or supply chain environments.
• Strong ability to drive performance management, goal setting, and talent development.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams such as Planning, Logistics, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
• Demonstrated capability to enforce governance standards and ensure compliance.
