Supply Chain Head (Distribution)

About the role

The Supply Chain Head (Distribution) will lead the end‑to‑end supply chain and distribution functions for the organization, ensuring goods move efficiently from suppliers to customers. This senior position focuses on optimizing processes, reducing costs, and guaranteeing reliable delivery across all channels while supporting overall business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, logistics and distribution operations to meet delivery targets.
• Develop and implement strategies that improve supply chain efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
• Oversee warehouse, inventory and distribution performance, monitoring KPIs such as delivery timeliness and inventory accuracy.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics providers and internal stakeholders, negotiating contracts and ensuring service‑level compliance.
• Align supply chain strategy with corporate growth objectives and support cross‑functional initiatives.
• Build, mentor and develop the supply chain and distribution team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Significant experience in supply chain, logistics or distribution leadership roles, preferably in retail, FMCG, manufacturing or large‑scale distribution.
• Proven ability to manage complex supply chain operations and lead teams.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and problem‑solving capabilities.
