Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to manage supply network planning, monitor inventory levels, and ensure stock availability for its pharmaceutical clients across the region. The role involves coordinating purchasing, replenishment, and inventory transactions to meet demand, support sales targets, and maintain profitable client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate purchasing and distribution plans to maintain stock availability and serviceability.
• Monitor inventory against contracted levels, set control measures, and adjust plans as needed.
• Release purchasing and replenishment plans to SAP‑ECC in a timely manner.
• Participate in monthly demand‑supply collaboration meetings with sales and clients.
• Allocate stocks across branches, resolve supply‑demand imbalances, and finalize transfer orders.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and stock transfer orders to satisfy client requests.
• Execute inventory‑related transactions such as PO processing, safekeeping conversion, reconciliation, inventory counts, near‑expiry monitoring, and product recalls.

Required profile

• Experience in supply network planning and inventory management within a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.
• Strong analytical ability to compare projected stock levels with contractual targets.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with sales teams and clients.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate execution of inventory processes.
