Supply Chain Analyst (Demand & Inventory)

About the role

The Supply Chain Analyst will own demand forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment for a fast‑moving consumer‑goods portfolio. Working night‑shift hours aligned with U.S. Eastern Time, the analyst will start with onsite onboarding and then transition to a remote work setup.

Key responsibilities

• Develop short‑ and long‑term demand forecasts using sales history, retailer programs, seasonal trends and product lifecycle data.
• Monitor SKU‑level inventory across warehouses, flagging potential stock‑outs or overstock situations.
• Coordinate purchase orders with vendors, manufacturers and licensing partners to ensure timely production and delivery.
• Create and maintain dashboards reporting forecast accuracy, inventory turns and SKU performance for leadership.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, finance and logistics teams to align demand plans with promotional activities and supply constraints.

Required profile

• Experience in CPG demand forecasting and inventory management.
• Proven ability to build and manage purchasing budgets.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to planning.
