Supplier Due Diligence Analyst

About the role

The Supplier Due Diligence Analyst oversees the due‑diligence process for suppliers, ensuring timely completion of required documentation and evaluation of potential risks. This role works closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to maintain compliance with the company’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Track due‑diligence assessments and coordinate with suppliers to obtain all required documentation.
• Identify, evaluate, and document potential due‑diligence risks.
• Utilize ServiceNow, Bridger, D&B, DocuSign, and OneTrust to complete and verify due‑diligence activities.
• Review Bridger sanction reports, confirm flagged suppliers, and decide on acceptance or rejection.
• Monitor Code of Conduct signings and follow up with suppliers as needed.
• Lookup SSI scores in D&B and prepare financial due‑diligence reports.
• Manage Level 2 questionnaire responses and approve or reject suppliers based on risk assessments.
• Respond to stakeholder queries regarding the status of supplier due‑diligence activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or procure‑to‑pay functions.
• Strong understanding of supplier onboarding, vetting, and basic negotiation processes.
• Experience in medium to large corporate environments with solid quantitative and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple time‑sensitive tasks, work independently and handle ambiguity.
