Supervisor/a de PCI

About the role

EIA21 is looking for a qualified Supervisor of Fire Protection Systems (PCI) to lead a 12‑month project. The role ensures that all fire safety and mitigation systems meet strict operational and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and inspect the installation, assembly, and commissioning of active and passive fire protection systems.
• Verify that extinguishers, sprinklers, pump systems, detectors, and alarms comply with local and international codes.
• Lead and validate periodic functional tests to certify system activation in emergencies.
• Supervise subcontracted installation and maintenance companies, ensuring timelines and quality.
• Enforce workplace safety measures and produce detailed technical inspection reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience supervising, inspecting, or commissioning fire protection systems in industrial or complex building environments.
• Technical degree, engineering (industrial, mechanical or related) or certified training in fire protection systems.
• Strong knowledge of fire protection regulations such as RIPCI, NFPA or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational skills, technical rigor, attention to detail and effective communication.
