About the role

The Control Tower Supervisor ensures transport operations meet company, customer and regulatory requirements by overseeing quality compliance and vendor performance. This role drives continuous improvement, manages the end‑to‑end Proof of Delivery process and acts as the central point for transport quality governance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and review vendor performance, conduct qualification and improvement plans.
• Plan, execute and report on transport quality audits, ensuring SOP, GDP and customer standards are met.
• Receive, investigate and close transportation‑related complaints, performing root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead deviation investigations, develop CAPA plans and verify their effectiveness.
• Deliver onboarding and refresher training for vendors on SOPs and quality expectations.
• Coordinate client audit preparations, facilitate audit activities and manage audit findings.
• Manage vehicle temperature mapping, qualification and calibration schedules to maintain compliance.
• Oversee the Proof of Delivery process to guarantee accurate and timely documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in transport or logistics quality management.
• Strong knowledge of vendor management, audit processes and CAPA implementation.
• Ability to analyse complaints, deviations and drive corrective actions.
• Excellent coordination skills with internal teams and external forwarders.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDP and transport validation standards.
