About the role

The Quality Supervisor will lead the quality and food safety management system at our Lucena facility, ensuring compliance with legal standards and certifications while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the quality and food safety management system, guaranteeing adherence to applicable regulations and certifications.
• Conduct internal audits, identify non‑conformities, and oversee corrective actions.
• Manage all documentation related to the quality management system.
• Plan and deliver training sessions and events linked to the SGQSA framework.
• Monitor performance indicators, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote quality culture by communicating goals, metrics, and methodologies across the organization.

Required profile

• Completed higher education in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience working in the food industry.
