Structural Inspector – Site Quality Assurance

About the role

This position is responsible for site quality assurance of horizontal infrastructure, clubhouse amenities, resort structures, and coastal build‑outs in Batangas. The incumbent ensures that all construction activities strictly follow approved plans, engineering standards, and environmental requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑pour and pre‑form closure inspections for roadways, drainage, utility corridors, and structural foundations.
• Verify that works align with structural plans, technical specifications, and soil/coastal guidelines.
• Issue formal non‑conformance notices and monitor corrective actions.
• Review civil/structural plans, permits, and shop drawings for technical compliance.
• Support the Construction Manager in evaluating design matters for horizontal land development and resort facilities.
• Track structural progress across resort zones and prepare weekly progress reports.
• Identify and flag structural risks related to soil conditions, coastal exposure, or slope stability.
• Coordinate with site developers, architects, and MEP teams to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC registered).
• 3–5 years of experience in structural inspection or site supervision, preferably in horizontal development, resorts, land development, or coastal structures.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lian, Batangas.

Required skills

• Proficiency in reading structural and civil plans.
• Knowledge of soil and concrete standards.
• Basic CAD skills.
• Competence with MS Office applications.
