Structural Design Engineer – APM

About the role

Arcadis is seeking a Structural Design Engineer to join its Global Excellence Centre (GEC). The position will support engineering solutions for large‑scale infrastructure projects, primarily within the metro sector, and will be part of a multinational team operating across India, Romania and the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement engineering designs in line with project standards and code requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, regional teams and other GEC locations to deliver engineering deliverables.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing training and technical guidance.
• Automate design processes and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Ensure the correctness and quality of all project outputs.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience on large‑scale infrastructure metro projects is an advantage.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to work on multiple tasks.
• Proven ability to participate in safe‑design processes and risk assessments.
