Strategic Sourcing Manager – Travel Category

About the role

Dexcom is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager for the Travel category to support its growing global operations. The role will be based in Manila and will act as the primary point of contact for travel‑related procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and delivering real‑time assistance to end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the travel inbox, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues.
• Manually approve travel requests when the designated approver is unavailable.
• Assist the Sourcing Manager with travel‑category sourcing requirements and negotiate favorable rates with suppliers.
• Collaborate with travel agencies such as Balboa to meet traveler needs efficiently.
• Work closely with internal partners to assess and define travel requirements.
• Provide support and guidance on the Coupa procurement platform.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably within travel or logistics.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on compliance and cost optimisation.

• Proficiency with the Coupa procurement platform.
