About the role
We are looking for a Store Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an excellent customer experience. This role combines leadership, problem‑solving, and hands‑on store management in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily store operations.
- Drive sales performance and help the team achieve targets.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with the merchandising team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain store safety, security, and operational compliance.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members for better performance.
- Communicate business goals clearly to the whole team.
Required profile
- Graduate of any 4‑year course.
- Supervisory experience in any industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Goal‑driven, organized, and customer‑focused.
