Store Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Store (Restaurant) Supervisor to lead daily operations across our food‑and‑beverage concepts, ensuring high standards of service, food quality and cleanliness. The role reports to senior management and works closely with kitchen teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations and ensure effective execution of service standards.
• Maintain exceptional standards in service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Manage, train and develop team members to achieve optimum performance.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless order fulfillment.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and guarantee guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels, place timely orders for supplies and control waste.
• Prepare and analyse performance reports to improve productivity.
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in restaurant supervision or management.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset and resilience under pressure.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and evenings in a fast‑paced environment.
