Store Supervisor – Food Service

About the role

FoodCrave Marketing, Inc., a subsidiary of San Miguel Foods, is seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to lead its food service operations at the NAIA Terminals in Pasay City. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, high food quality, and excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Interact with customers, address complaints, and maintain a positive dining environment.
• Oversee daily activities, maintain cleanliness, and enforce health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and track expenses.
• Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and provide ongoing training on food handling, customer service, and safety protocols.

Required profile

• College graduate (any 4‑year degree).
• Minimum 10 years experience in food service operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of cash handling, POS operations, and inventory management.
• Experience in fast‑paced, 24‑hour restaurant environments.
• Proactive leadership, strong people‑management skills, and the ability to make independent decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to bridge management and crew.
• Willingness to work at NAIA Pasay City and to cover various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
