Store Pharmacist

About the role

The Store Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring safe and accurate dispensing of medicines in a retail pharmacy setting. You will interact directly with patients, provide counseling, and support the store’s compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Verify the validity and accuracy of prescriptions before dispensing medicines.
• Provide patient counseling and answer drug‑related queries.
• Coordinate daily activities with the Corporate Pharmacist.
• Maintain up‑to‑date reference books and ensure they are readily available.
• Monitor medicine cabinets, remove expired or damaged stock, and ensure proper storage conditions.
• Represent the store during FDA and PDEA inspections.
• Conduct training sessions to update store personnel on product knowledge and new practices.

Required profile

• Registered Pharmacist or license holder (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and a compressed work week (5 days on, 2 days off).
• Availability to work on holidays and weekends when needed.
• Open to relocation; relocation allowance is provided.
