Store & Logistics Officer

About the role

The Store & Logistics Officer acts as the chief storekeeper and receiving inspector for Airbus Helicopters Philippines. The role ensures that all aeronautical products, materials, and consumables are properly identified, documented, stored, and dispatched in compliance with airworthiness directives and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and enforce shelf‑life limits for all aeronautical items.
• Perform incoming inspections of products received from accredited suppliers, document any damages, and quarantine unserviceable items.
• Issue aeronautical products, materials, and consumables to the PPC Section after approval, and coordinate with other offices for critical stock shortages.
• Prepare and file complaints for damaged goods, issue Authorized Release Certificates, and ensure proper tagging and identification of all items.
• Update and monitor stock affected by Airworthiness Directives, and support audit requirements and corrective projects.
• Provide inventory data to CSM for costing and project scheduling, and assist mechanics with parts inquiries.
• Support finance and procurement by handling supplier invoice verification and export documentation, including packaging and courier arrangements.
• Assist the Logistics Supervisor with import requirements, track shipment progress, manage daily routes, and update stakeholders via the Digital Workpack Dashboard.
