Store Executive

About the role

The Store Executive drives operational excellence and business performance across Treats stores in the assigned territory. Acting as the primary business partner, you will ensure compliance with company standards, implement growth initiatives, and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance of assigned stores, ensuring adherence to policies, merchandising, food safety, and service standards.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, merchandising execution, inventory, equipment condition, and overall readiness.
• Analyze sales, profitability, product mix, and key performance indicators; develop action plans to improve results.
• Serve as the main consultant for franchisees, providing guidance on operations, financial performance, merchandising, inventory, and local marketing.
• Coordinate implementation of company programs, promotions, new product launches, pricing, and merchandising standards.
• Monitor product assortment, planogram compliance, and inventory availability to minimize stock‑outs.
• Perform market intelligence and competitive assessments; recommend initiatives to strengthen Treats' market position.
• Liaise with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Category Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to resolve store issues.
• Administer franchise‑related transactions such as billing, commission reconciliation, and equipment rentals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills to support franchise partners.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a focus on continuous improvement.
