Staff Nurse – Dialysis Center

About the role

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Staff Nurse to join its dialysis centres. You will provide life‑sustaining treatments to patients with chronic kidney disease, working alongside a multidisciplinary team in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient progress according to prescribed protocols.
• Implement accurate treatment prescriptions, including sodium modeling and ultrafiltration settings.
• Participate in patient pre‑evaluation, initiation, termination, and post‑evaluation processes.
• Administer and document interdialytic transfusions and promptly report adverse reactions.
• Maintain comprehensive records of physician orders, lab results, vital signs and treatment parameters.
• Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care.

Required profile

• Valid PRC Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and on‑call schedules.
• Fresh board passers and candidates without prior experience are welcome.
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
• HD (hemodialysis) training is an advantage.
