Staff Nurse – Dialysis Center

About the role

As a Staff Nurse in our dialysis centers, you will provide life‑sustaining treatments to patients with chronic kidney disease, building trusted relationships with patients and their families while working with advanced medical technology.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient progress according to prescribed protocols.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships through timely communication with patients and multidisciplinary team members.
• Implement accurate treatment prescriptions, including sodium modeling and ultrafiltration modeling where appropriate.
• Participate in pre‑evaluation, initiation, termination, access homeostasis, and post‑evaluation of dialysis therapy.
• Administer, monitor, and document interdialytic transfusions and report adverse reactions promptly.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of physician orders, lab results, vital signs, and treatment parameters.
• Collaborate with physicians, technicians, cashiers, and fellow nurses to coordinate optimal patient care.

Required profile

• Valid PRC RN license.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and be on‑call.
• Fresh board passers and candidates without prior experience are welcome.
• Preferred but not required: active BLS and ACLS certifications and prior HD training.

Required skills

• Dialysis treatment administration.
• Sodium modeling prescription.
• Ultrafiltration modeling.
• Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Hemodialysis (HD) training.
