Sr. Systems Support Associate (Wave Supply Chain)

About the role

The Senior Systems Support Associate (Wave Supply Chain) will work within the Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC) to provide Tier 2 support for supply‑chain tickets raised by Wave end‑users. Reporting to the GSSC Customer Service Officer, the role ensures that IOM business processes and information‑management best practices are followed.

Key responsibilities

• Handle Tier 2 supply‑chain tickets submitted through the Wave system.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in line with IOM standards.
• Document solutions and maintain accurate ticket records.
• Collaborate with other support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Follow and promote good practices for information management systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration with at least four years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, a high‑school diploma with six years of relevant experience.
• Oracle certifications related to Oracle Cloud ERP modules are an advantage.
