Sr. FinOps Analyst – Spanish Speaking, Global Accounts Receivable

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Senior FinOps Analyst who is fluent in Spanish to join its Global Accounts Receivable team in Pasay, Philippines. The role supports strategic customers by resolving billing issues, reconciling accounts and driving collection targets while working on an EMEA mid‑shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer receivables to maximize cash flow, handling full‑cycle past‑due balances.
• Research, analyze and reconcile accounts, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Contact customers, schedule resolution sessions and understand their procure‑to‑pay cycles.
• Respond to internal and external AR inquiries, providing accurate information and guidance on Amazon billing processes.
• Escalate complex issues to managers or senior leaders and maintain detailed notes in collections tools.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer for top‑tier accounts, reporting trends and suggesting process improvements.
• Support other projects and duties as required, including overtime during peak periods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Native or fluent proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal) and strong English communication skills.
• Minimum six months of experience in customer‑facing roles.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including EMEA mid‑shift and occasional holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with minimal supervision.
