About the role

The Specialty Pharmacy and Infusion Therapy Services Specialist coordinates and manages the delivery of specialty medications and infusion therapies for patients with complex or chronic conditions. The role works closely with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, insurance providers, and patients to ensure timely access to treatment and adherence to therapy protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the delivery of specialty medications and infusion therapies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and insurance providers to secure medication access.
• Monitor therapy adherence and ensure high‑quality patient care.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Provide patient education and address any barriers to treatment.

Required profile

• College graduate (or at least two years of college education) with a minimum of 6 months BPO experience (voice or non‑voice, local or international).
• Above‑average English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good comprehension skills and willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
