Specialist IT Administration

About the role

Jet Aviation is looking for a Specialist IT Administration to deliver reliable IT infrastructure and end‑user services across its global operations. The role provides first‑ and second‑level technical support for Windows, Microsoft 365 and a range of business applications, serving internal users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote first‑level service‑desk support to internal users globally via phone and online tools.
• Deliver on‑site desktop and end‑user assistance when required.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
• Resolve hardware, software and application issues promptly.
• Manage incidents, service requests, tasks, problems and changes using ServiceNow.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, knowledge articles and support procedures.
• Assist with testing, deployment and implementation of new applications, updates and patches.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders on projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support or IT administration.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 operating systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Familiarity with Active Directory administration and multi‑factor authentication technologies.
• Experience supporting Android and iOS devices.
• Good analytical, problem‑solving and customer‑focused skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
