Specialist – ET (Customer Support)

About the role

LSEG is hiring a Specialist – ET in Taguig City, Philippines. The role suits someone who enjoys problem solving, learning new technology and interacting with many people, and who puts clients first. It is a Senior Associate position.

Key responsibilities

• Work with internal and external resolver teams to investigate and resolve client queries by phone and email
• Log all inquiries and document client contact through to resolution in Salesforce CRM
• Guide clients on system functionality and workflow
• Identify and communicate urgent issues that may affect profit and loss and franchise risk
• Keep up with marketplace knowledge and industry trends, contribute to knowledge management and complete required trainings

Required profile

• Previous customer support experience in a highly pressurised environment
• Phone, email or chat support experience
• Previous roles supporting Forex trading workflows
• Strong written and oral communication, problem solving, attention to detail and telephone proficiency

Required skills

• HTML5, Linux RedHat, Java Applet, XML, MySQL, TCP/IP
• Cloud technology, Azure and database administration
