Special Process Project Lead

About the role

Moog is looking for a Special Process Project Lead to drive the design, installation, qualification, and hand‑over of a new wet‑chemical anodizing line at its Philippines manufacturing site. The role sits within the Global Operations Transformation team and works closely with EHS, Quality, Operations and external suppliers to deliver a safe, compliant and production‑ready process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the anodizing workstream, monitor execution, report progress and escalate risks to the Operations Project Manager.
• Perform technical analyses, process evaluations and equipment assessments to support line qualification.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation such as process specifications, operating procedures, qualification protocols, flow diagrams and risk assessments.
• Develop training material and provide technical guidance to engineering, operations, quality and maintenance teams.
• Offer long‑term technical support for anodizing across Moog sites, including troubleshooting, process improvement and capacity expansion.
• Ensure compliance with Moog specifications, aerospace industry standards, customer requirements, Philippine regulations and NADCAP accreditation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading manufacturing process projects, preferably in aerospace or related high‑tech environments.
• Strong understanding of wet‑chemical and anodizing processes.
• Familiarity with EHS, quality systems and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work onsite in Tarlac City and coordinate with global stakeholders.
