Spanish-Speaking International Accountant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Spanish‑speaking International Accountant to provide end‑to‑end finance support for five entities across Dubai, Beirut, Cairo and Barcelona. The role combines core accounting duties with finance administration, tax compliance and multilingual communication.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and general ledger for all entities, including bank reconciliations and month‑end/year‑end close.
• Process supplier payments, manage accounts payable and support accounts receivable as needed.
• Prepare quotations, customer invoices and local purchase orders.
• Coordinate tax filings, statutory reporting and audit documentation with external accountants.
• Support the Barcelona entity with Spanish‑language accounting, payroll coordination, government filings and digital certificate processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers across multiple time zones.
• Use Tally to ensure data integrity and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Proven experience supporting multiple legal entities or international businesses.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial documentation.
