Spanish Speaking Application/Systems Support (Online Booking/Reservation Systems)

About the role

Amadeus Hospitality is looking for a Spanish‑speaking Application/Systems Support professional to join its Customer Support Operations team. You will be the first point of contact for hospitality clients using Amadeus online booking and reservation solutions, helping them resolve incidents and requests efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about Amadeus products, functionality, and integration points.
• Acknowledge, investigate, and resolve incidents within defined service levels using knowledge‑base resources.
• Escalate complex issues to third‑level resolver groups or external service providers and follow up on progress.
• Provide timely updates on critical problems and suggest improvements to the knowledge‑solution database.
• Handle communications via phone, portal, and email, initially for an assigned product and expanding as expertise grows.
• Identify root causes, document troubleshooting steps, and record interactions in the CRM system.
• Apply product knowledge to achieve first‑contact resolution whenever possible.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Completed tertiary education (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
• Technical or functional expertise in the applicant’s discipline, with familiarity of hotel software or hospitality systems.
• Ability to work with moderate guidance and demonstrate analytical thinking and clear communication.
• Knowledge of Amadeus business is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
