Spanish Ocean Customer Experience Specialist

About the role

Join Maersk, a global leader in integrated logistics, as an Ocean Customer Experience Specialist focused on Spanish‑speaking customers. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the shipment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer communication channels and handle case management activities.
• Onboard new customers and maintain ongoing relationship management.
• Assist customers with issues, coordinating with local and overseas teams to resolve exceptions promptly.
• Support the end‑to‑end shipment process, including import/export documentation and compliance with service level agreements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and offshore Global Service Center teams to meet customer expectations.
• Facilitate cargo readiness, delivery order preparation, and proactive follow‑up to avoid additional costs.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑centric mindset with a passion for delivering high‑quality service.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Ability to understand customers' business drivers, needs, and requirements.
• Experience in handling customer queries, issue resolution, and exception management.
